The BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Kids’ Body Spray is expertly developed to support a restful night’s sleep for little ones. It is a magnesium spray with a marvellous mixture of magnesium chloride and lavender, designed to help relax energetic little snapperwhippers before bed.

The specially selected ingredients include pure, naturally condensed and purified magnesium chloride, combined with essential oils that create a soothing and calming effect on the body, and then used as part of a child’s bedtime routine, helps your child fall into a deeper, more sustained sleep cycle, enabling them to wake up more refreshed.

Formulated for topical use, magnesium chloride commences absorption immediately when sprayed onto the skin. Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. If your child's sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
